We are a privately held real estate company. We own and operate rental housing in Toledo, Ohio, and we build PropOps, the software platform that runs our portfolio.

Roman Bridges Associates, LLC was formed in California in 2023 to acquire and operate residential rental property. The portfolio is concentrated in Toledo, Ohio, where we renovate classic housing stock and hold it as long-term rental housing. We are part of the Roman Bridges family of companies, which owns and operates rental property in California and Ohio.
Property ownership
We buy established homes in Toledo neighborhoods and hold them. The company owns what it operates, with no syndication and no outside equity.
Renovation and operations
Each property is renovated before it rents. Day-to-day operations run on our own systems, with local crews handling maintenance and turnovers.
Software
The tools we needed did not exist at our scale, so we built them. PropOps handles leasing, maintenance, payments, and resident communication.

Toledo offers what coastal markets no longer do: sound housing stock at prices that let an owner invest properly in renovation and upkeep. We focus on established residential neighborhoods, renovate thoroughly, and rent at fair market rates.

PropOps is our property operations platform. Leasing, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and resident messaging run in one system instead of five subscriptions.
We built it to run our own portfolio first, and it manages our Toledo properties today. The product is in its early stages, and access is limited to a small group of operators while we build.
